The Accelerated 3+2 Pathway to Physician Assistant (3+2 PA) Studies is designed to allow highly qualified students to shorten the time required to become a PA. Students in this pathway have the opportunity to apply to Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University's 28-month PA program (professional phase) after successfully mastering the initial 3-3.5 years of the BS in Biology-Human Medicine curriculum (pre-professional phase). The traditional Biology-Human Medicine curriculum is completed in four years; this pathway shortens the time required to receive an MMS: Physician Assistant degree by 6 months to 1 year.

Students in this track will not have guaranteed entrance into FranU’s PA program but will be identified as Accelerated 3+2 applicants. Students must fulfill all the requirements necessary for admission to the program.
