Human Anatomy and Physiology II

This is the continuation of BIOL 2310. The course integrates the structure and function of the various components of the following organ systems: 1) the structure and function of the nervous system; 2) the structure and function of the endocrine system; 3) digestive system or gastrointestinal-tract including the accessory glands (salivary glands, liver, gall bladder and exocrine pancreas); 4) the cardiovascular and lymphatic systems including the heart, blood vessels and blood 5)the respiratory system; 6) the urinary system; 7) the male reproductive system; 8) and the female reproductive system. Human developmental biology will be discussed in association with human reproduction and embryogenesis. Enrollment in BIOL 2311L is strongly recommended.
