Thursday, September 14, 10 AM to 4 PM (In-person session) and 6 PM (Virtual session)

Online Cap and Gown Ordering Window through Oak Hall’s Website

Thursday, September 14 – Friday, September 29

Regalia Distribution Days (St. Francis Hall-exact location TBD)

Tuesday, November 7 and Wednesday, November 8, anytime between the hours of 9 AM and 4 PM

Deadline to Submit Diploma Verification Form (ALL GRADUATES MUST COMPLETE)!

Friday, October 6

Graduation Portraits (Barclell Studio; By Appointment Only)

Tuesday, November 7 – Friday, December 8 (call or visit their website ASAP to get on their schedule!)

Graduation Fee Due for All Graduates (Paid through Bursar’s Office or in Wolf Tracks)

Deadline to Return Extra/Unused Graduation Guest Tickets to President’s Office
