The purpose of the Orthopedic Physical Therapy (OPT) course series (I & II) is to present the specific physical therapy evaluation and intervention of selected orthopedic conditions and diagnoses through a combination of lecture and laboratory experiences. OPT I content is sequenced segmentally through the body focusing on the head, neck, and upper quarter.Â
