Strategic Plan

Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University Strategic Plan Goals

Since the initial publication of the strategic plan, Centennial Compass 2.0, Our Lady of the Lake College has earned university status and has been renamed Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University. Expansion of programs in recent years, including doctoral level degree programs, prompted the College to adopt a name change that reflects the evolution of the programs now being offered at the institution.

Also, the change to Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University honors both the ministry’s founding sisters and its Franciscan values, as expressed through the education and formation of its students. Given that strategic plans are living documents, meant to provide long term focus and direction, our plan is regularly evaluated and updated.
