Susan Brigman, PhD
Dr. Susan Brigman earned degrees in Psychology (B.A. from University of Oklahoma), Counseling (M.Ed. from Oklahoma City University), and Cognitive Developmental Psychology (Ph.D. from Louisiana State University). She serves as director of the psychology program and primarily teaches developmental psychology across the lifespan. Dr. Brigman’s research focus is cognitive aging, specifically normative, age-related memory changes and the social cognitive construct of ageism.
Michael T. Dreznick, PhD
Dr. Michael Dreznick grew up in New York City, and earned his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and English at the University of Buffalo, and Ph.D. in Personality and Social Psychology from the University of Albany. He teaches courses within the Sociocultural Domain, such as Social Psychology, Personality, and Group Dynamics. His research interests include deception in interpersonal relationships and the scholarship of teaching and learning. Dr. Dreznick has also served as the Chair of the Institutional Review Board at FranU since 2007.
Tracy Lepper, PhD
Dr. Tracy Lepper received her bachelor’s degree from Western Michigan University. She completed three years of graduate training there before transferring to Texas Christian University where she received her master’s degree and doctoral degree. She has been a BCBA since 2013. Her clinical experiences include providing behavior analytic services and/or assessments to individuals with autism (both adults and children), dementia, traumatic brain injuries, and juvenile sex-offenders. Her research interests include but are not limited to the assessment and treatment of non-socially mediated problem behavior, language acquisition, research methodologies, stimulus preference assessments, and prompting strategies.
